The primary hotel for the 2016 convention will be the Radisson at USC. The hotel is right across the street from the main USC Park Campus. The Friday night dinner event, as well as Saturday and Sunday breakfast-meetings will be here. Guests can book rooms online using personal access code “PITAU” or through Radisson's central reservations by calling 800.333.3333 and mentioning "Pi Tau Sigma". Be sure to BOOK BY JAN 25 to receive the discounted rate of $179 a night, plus tax. Guests that wish to arrive a couple days before or after can do so by calling the hotel directly at 213.748.4141.

 

Our overflow hotel is the Sheraton Downtown, located right next to the 7th/Metro Center stop of the Expo Line which brings you directly to campus (Expo Park/USC Stop).

 

Transportation to/from LAX

LAX is a 30-60 minute drive from USC, depending on traffic. [MAP]

 

LAX transportation options:

1. PrimeTime Shuttle- Stops every 15 mins at each terminal beside baggage claim. Pre-pay using promo-code "PITAUSIGMA" [$14pp one-way].

 

2. Uber - operates at LAX and USC and can be the cheapest option if you split with at least 1 other person.

 

3. Flyaway - take this to Union Station [$9pp one-way*]

*Does not drop at hotel, but at train/bus depot - read on.

 

Transportation to/from Union Station

1. Free USC Inter-Campus Shuttle runs regularly from Union Station to the main USC Park Campus (UPC). Get off at the first stop on campus and walk 3 blocks SE to the Radisson.

 

2. Take the Metro Red OR Purple lines from Union Station, connect at 7th Street/Metro Center to the Light Blue Expo Line, get off at Expo Park/USC station [$1.75 each way] . From here, walk one block east to the Radisson.
